내란ㆍ외환ㆍ반란 범죄 등의 형사절차에 관한 특례법 제5조(재판의 전속관할)

① 수사단계에서 압수ㆍ수색ㆍ검증ㆍ체포 또는 구속영장의 청구(「통신비밀보호법」상 통신제한조치, 통신사실확인자료 제공에 대한 허가를 포함한다. 이하 같다)와 관련된 사건은 서울중앙지방법원의 전속관할로 한다.
