내란ㆍ외환ㆍ반란 범죄 등의 형사절차에 관한 특례법 제7조(전담재판부의 설치 및 구성)

① 대상사건의 재판을 위하여 서울중앙지방법원과 서울고등법원은 각각 2개 이상의 전담재판부를 둔다.

② 제1항의 전담재판부는 대상사건의 심리기간 동안 대상사건의 심리만을 전담한다.

③ 각 전담재판부는 판사 3명의 대등재판부로 구성하고 그 중 1명이 재판장이 되며, 재판장을 포함한 전담재판부 판사는 제8조에서 정한 절차에 따라 보임하여야 한다.
