제27조제1항 또는 제27조제2항제2호 및 제3호의 죄를 범한 자가 자수하면 그 형을 감경(減輕)하거나 면제할 수 있다.
Where a person who committed the offense under Article 27 (1) or Article 27 (2) 2 and 3 surrenders himself or herself to the authorities, the punishment may be reduced or remitted.
