남북교류협력에 관한 법률 제26조의2(벌칙 적용 시의 공무원 의제)

협의회의 위원 중 공무원이 아닌 위원과 제25조의2제1항에 따라 위탁한 업무에 종사하는 법인이나 단체의 임직원은 그 직무와 관련하여 「형법」과 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
