남북교류협력에 관한 법률 제18조(협력사업에 관한 조정명령 등)

① 통일부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 협력사업을 하는 자에게 협력사업의 내용ㆍ조건 또는 승인의 유효기간 등에 관하여 필요한 조정을 명할 수 있다. 다만, 중요하다고 인정되는 사항은 미리 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.

② 통일부장관은 제1항에 따라 조정을 명하는 경우에는 그 목적 달성에 필요한 정도를 넘지 아니하도록 하여야 한다.

③ 통일부장관은 협력사업을 하는 자에게 북한측 상대자와의 사업 약정 또는 계약의 체결 등 대통령령으로 정하는 협력사업의 시행 내용을 보고하게 할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 조정명령의 절차와 제3항에 따른 보고의 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
