남북교류협력에 관한 법률 제17조의2(협력사업의 신고)

① 소액투자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 협력사업을 하려는 자는 제17조제1항에도 불구하고 같은 항 제2호와 제5호의 요건을 갖추어 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 통일부장관에게 신고하고 협력사업을 할 수 있다. 신고한 협력사업의 내용을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 통일부장관은 남북교류ㆍ협력의 원활한 추진을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업범위 등 조건을 붙이거나 유효기간을 정하여 수리할 수 있다.
