낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제26조(행정처분기준)

① 법 제12조제9항(법 제18조제6항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 행정처분기준은 별표 6과 같다. <개정 2009.8.3, 2014.7.29>

② 관리청은 위반사항의 내용으로 보아 그 위반 정도가 경미하거나 그 밖에 특별한 사유가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 행정처분을 감경할 수 있다.
