Special Measures Act on Deregulation of Business Activities, Article 13 (Special Cases on Farmland Acquisition Qualification Certificates)

농지에 공장을 신설ㆍ증설 또는 이전하기 위하여 공장설립승인등을 받은 자 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 「농지법」 제8조에도 불구하고 농지취득자격증명을 발급받지 아니하고 농지를 취득할 수 있다.
