기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제12조(사도 개설허가에 관한 특례)

특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 공장진입로를 조성하기 위하여 해당 공장용지를 「도로법」 제2조제1호에 따른 도로(「도로법」 제108조에 따른 준용도로를 포함한다)가 아닌 길과 부득이하게 연결할 필요가 있는 경우에 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당할 때에는 그 길을 「사도법」 제2조에 따른 사도(私道)로 보아 사도 개설을 허가하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.14>
