Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Research and Development of Corporate Research Institutes, etc., Article 17 (Requests for Provision of Data)
과학기술정보통신부장관(제16조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 법 제23조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기관 또는 단체에 각 호의 구분에 따른 관련 전산정보망 또는 자료의 이용 및 제공을 요청할 수 있다.
Pursuant to Article 23 (1) of the Act, the Minister of Science and ICT (including a person entrusted with the Minister's work under Article 16 (1) and (2)) may request the following institutions or organizations to allow use and provision of related computer networks or data according to the following classification:
1. 「국민건강보험법」 제13조에 따른 국민건강보험공단: 같은 법에 따른 건강보험 직장가입자의 소속 사업장 및 자격 취득ㆍ상실 등 가입 현황에 관한 자료
1. The National Health Insurance Service under Article 13 of the National Health Insurance Act: Data on the enrollment status of employee subscribers to health insurance under that Act, such as their workplace and acquisition and loss of qualification;
2. 「국민연금법」 제24조에 따른 국민연금공단: 같은 법에 따른 국민연금 사업장가입자의 소속 사업장 및 자격 취득ㆍ상실 등 가입 현황에 관한 자료
2. The National Pension Service under Article 24 of the National Pension Act: Data on the enrollment status of workplace subscribers to the National Pension under that Act, such as their workplace and acquisition and loss of qualification;
3. 「산업재해보상보험법」 제10조에 따른 근로복지공단: 「고용보험법」에 따른 고용보험 피보험자의 소속 사업장 및 피보험자격의 취득ㆍ상실 등 가입 현황에 관한 자료
3. The Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service under Article 10 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act: Data on the enrollment status of insured persons under employment insurance under the Employment Insurance Act, such as their workplace and acquisition and loss of insured status.
