기업도시개발 특별법 제18조(공사 완료의 공고)

국토교통부장관은 제17조제1항에 따른 준공검사를 한 결과 개발사업이 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정할 때에는 시행자에게 준공검사확인증을 발급하고 공사 완료의 공고를 하여야 하며, 실시계획대로 완료되지 아니하였을 때에는 지체 없이 보완시공 등 필요한 조치를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
