기업도시개발 특별법 제17조(준공검사)

① 시행자는 개발사업의 전부 또는 일부(제12조제1항제4호에 따른 단계별 조성계획서를 첨부한 실시계획을 승인받은 경우만 해당한다)를 완료하였을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지체 없이 국토교통부장관의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 그 준공검사의 시행에 관하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 시행자가 제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받은 때에는 제13조제1항 각 호에 따른 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 해당 사업의 준공검사 또는 준공인가 등을 받은 것으로 본다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수는 개발사업이 준공된 개발구역에 대하여 제12조제5항에 따라 고시된 실시계획에 포함된 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제52조에 따라 작성된 지구단위계획에 따라 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>
