기업도시개발 특별법 제19조(비용의 부담)

① 개발사업에 필요한 비용은 이 법 또는 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 시행자가 부담한다.

② 개발구역에서 다음 각 호의 시설은 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 시행자가 아닌 자의 부담으로 설치한다. 다만, 제12조제1항제5호에 따른 협약서에서 달리 정한 경우에는 그에 따른다.

③ 제2항에 따른 시설의 설치는 특별한 사유가 없으면 제17조에 따른 준공검사를 신청하는 날까지 완료하여야 한다.

④ 시행자가 제2항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 같은 항 제1호의 도로 또는 상수도ㆍ하수도 시설을 설치하는 경우 지방자치단체에 그 설치사업의 대행을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 설치에 관한 비용은 시행자가 부담하여야 한다.
