금융지주회사법 제26조(손자회사의 다른 회사 지배의 특례)

① 보험지주회사의 자회사인 보험회사의 지배를 받는 손자회사는 다른 국내 회사의 발행주식 총수를 소유하는 경우에는 제19조제2항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 회사를 제외한 다른 회사를 지배할 수 있다.

② 보험지주회사의 자회사인 금융회사(제2조제1항제6호의4 각 목의 금융기관 및 여신전문금융회사를 제외한다)의 지배를 받는 손자회사는 다른 국내 회사의 발행주식 총수를 소유하는 경우에는 제19조제2항에도 불구하고 제25조제2항 각 호의 회사를 제외한 다른 회사를 지배할 수 있다.
