규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제6조(특화특구계획의 제안)

① 민간기업ㆍ법인ㆍ단체 또는 개인(이하 "민간기업등"이라 한다)은 특화특구계획을 해당 특화특구지역을 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제안할 수 있다.

(1) A어 private프^r라이^v벗 enterprise,엔터프^r라이즈 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 organization오거너제이션 or오 individual인더^v비저월 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "private프^r라이^v벗 enterprise,엔터프^r라이즈 etc.")엣세터^r러 may메이 propose프^r러포우즈 a어 specialization스페셜러제이션 zone존 plan플랜 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 with위^ð드 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 over오우^v버 the^ð더 specialization스페셜러제이션 zone존 area.에^r리아

② 민간기업등이 제안하는 특화특구계획에는 제9조제1항 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. 이 경우 특화특구계획의 제안자는 제8조제1항에 따른 특화사업자의 지정을 신청한 것으로 본다.

③ 제1항에 따라 특화특구계획을 제안받은 소관 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 특화특구지정의 필요성이 인정될 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특화특구계획에 반영하여 중소벤처기업부장관에게 특화특구지정을 신청하여야 한다.
