군인의 지위 및 복무에 관한 기본법 제52조(벌칙)

① 제44조를 위반하여 신고자의 인적사항이나 신고자임을 미루어 알 수 있는 사실을 다른 사람에게 알려주거나 공개 또는 보도한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

② 제39조제2항 또는 제40조제2항을 위반하여 의견 건의 또는 고충심사 청구를 이유로 불이익한 처분이나 대우를 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
