Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 38 (Disposal of Articles Exceeding the Permitted Possession Range)

법 제26조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 소지범위를 벗어난 물품의 처분과 폐기에 관하여는 제34조제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다.
