군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제112조(도주 등에 따른 조치)

① 소장은 군수용자가 도주하거나 법 제117조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위(이하 이 조에서 "도주등"이라 한다)를 하였을 때에는 군교정시설의 소재지와 그 인접 지역 또는 도주등을 한 사람(이하 이 조에서 "도주자등"이라 한다)이 숨을 만한 지역의 군사경찰부대나 국가경찰관서에 도주자등의 사진이나 인상착의를 기록한 서면을 첨부하여 그 사실을 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2020.2.4>

② 소장은 군수용자가 도주등을 하거나 도주자등을 체포한 경우에는 국방부장관에게 지체 없이 보고하여야 한다.
