① 위원회는 법 제21조에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 피해위로금 지급대상에서 제외하거나 피해위로금을 감액 지급할 수 있다.

② 위원회는 법 제21조에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제8조제1항제1호에 따른 기본금의 일부를 감액할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 구체적인 감액 기준은 별표 2와 같다.
