군사법원법 제86조(공판조서 작성상의 특례)

공판조서 및 공판기일 외의 증인신문조서를 작성할 때에는 제82조제3항부터 제7항까지의 규정에 따르지 아니한다. 다만, 진술자의 청구가 있을 때에는 그 진술에 관한 부분을 읽어주고, 증감ㆍ변경의 청구가 있을 때에는 그 진술을 적어야 한다.
