군사법원법 제32조(서기)

① 서기는 국방부장관이 장교, 준사관, 부사관 및 군무원 중에서 임명한다. <개정 2021.9.24>

② 서기는 재판에 참여하여 재판기록과 그 밖의 서류를 작성ㆍ보관하고 법령에 따른 직무를 집행하며 상관(上官)의 명령을 받아 군사법원의 서무에 종사한다.
