군사법원법 제26조(군판사의 임기ㆍ연임ㆍ정년 등)

① 군사법원장의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

② 군사법원장이 아닌 군판사의 임기는 5년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 military밀러테^r리 judge저지 who후 is이즈 not낫 a어 chief치^f프 judge저지 of어^v브 a어 military밀러테^r리 court코트 shall섈 be비 five^f파이^v브 years,이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 military밀러테^r리 judge저지 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

③ 군판사의 정년은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. 이 경우 「군인사법」 제8조제1항에 따른 정년은 적용하지 아니하되, 군판사가 제27조에 따라 연임되지 아니하거나 제28조에 따라 해임된 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다.

④ 군판사는 군검사 등 군사법원 외의 다른 부대의 직위로 보직되지 아니한다.
