군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법 시행령 제22조(이의신청)

① 법 제21조제1항에 따른 이의신청을 하려는 자는 국방부령으로 정하는 이의신청서를 국방부장관 또는 관할부대장등에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 국방부장관 또는 해당 관할부대장등은 제1항에 따라 제출받은 이의신청서를 검토하여 작성이 미비하거나 보완하여야 할 내용이 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 신청인에게 보완하도록 요청할 수 있다.
