군사기밀 보호법 제21조(국제연합군 및 외국에서 제공받은 기밀 등에 대한 적용)

이 법은 우리나라에 주둔하고 있는 국제연합군의 기밀, 국군과 연합작전을 수행하고 있는 외국군의 기밀 및 군사에 관한 조약이나 그 밖의 국제협정 등에 따라 외국으로부터 제공받은 기밀로서 군사기밀에 해당하는 것에 대하여도 적용한다.
