국제형사사법 공조법 제27조(증명서 등의 송부)

① 제24조에 따라 공조요청서를 받은 관할 지방법원장은 서류 등의 송달에 관한 요청인 경우에는 송달 결과에 관한 증명서를 법원행정처장에게 송부하고, 증거조사에 관한 요청인 경우에는 증인신문 조서나 그 밖에 증거조사 결과를 기재한 조서 또는 증거조사가 불가능하게 된 사유를 기재한 서면을 법원행정처장에게 송부하여야 한다.

② 법원행정처장은 관할 지방법원장으로부터 제1항에 따른 자료를 받았을 때에는 이를 법무부장관에게 송부하여야 한다.
