국제수형자이송법 제24조(동의확인을 위한 접견)

「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호의 교정시설의 장은 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 자가 조약에 의하여 국외이송에 동의하는지 여부를 확인하기 위하여 그 교정시설에 수용되어 있는 국외이송대상수형자와의 접견을 요구하는 때에는 같은 법 등 대한민국의 관련 법률이 정하는 범위안에서 이를 허가하여야 한다. <개정 2007.12.21>
