국제경기대회 지원법 제26조(행위 등의 제한)

제25조에 따라 시행자 사업계획의 승인 고시가 있는 날부터 대회관련시설 설치ㆍ이용지역에서는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제56조에 따른 개발행위의 허가, 「건축법」에서 정한 건축물ㆍ가설건축물의 허가ㆍ신고와 공작물의 축조신고를 할 수 없다. 다만, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 대회관련시설의 설치ㆍ이용에 지장이 없다고 판단하여 허가하거나 신고를 받는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
