국제개발협력기본법 제7조(국제개발협력위원회)

① 국제개발협력에 관한 계획ㆍ전략 및 정책이 종합적ㆍ체계적으로 추진될 수 있도록 주요 사항을 조정 및 심사ㆍ의결하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 국제개발협력위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 30명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 위원장이 위촉하는 위원은 특정 성별이 위원 수의 10분의 6을 초과하지 아니하도록 하여야 한다.

③ 위원장은 국무총리가 되고, 위원은 재정경제부장관, 외교부장관, 국무조정실장과 대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관 및 관계 기관ㆍ단체의 장과 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 위원장이 위촉한 사람으로 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 조정 및 심사ㆍ의결한다.

⑤ 위원회가 회의에 부칠 안건에 관하여 사전에 협의ㆍ조정하고 위원회가 위임한 사항을 처리하게 하기 위하여 위원회에 국제개발협력 실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 정한 사항 외에 위원회 및 실무위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
