국유재산법 제65조의9(지식재산의 사용료 등)

① 지식재산의 사용허가등을 한 때에는 제32조제1항 및 제47조제1항에도 불구하고 해당 지식재산으로부터의 매출액 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사용료 또는 대부료를 징수한다.

② 동일인(상속인이나 그 밖의 포괄승계인은 피승계인과 동일인으로 본다)이 같은 지식재산을 계속 사용ㆍ수익하는 경우에는 제33조 및 제47조제1항은 적용하지 아니한다.
