국유재산법 제62조(출자가액 산정)

제60조에 따라 현물출자하는 경우에 일반재산의 출자가액은 제44조에 따라 산정한다. 다만, 지분증권의 산정가액이 액면가에 미달하는 경우에는 그 지분증권의 액면가에 따른다.
