국민의 형사재판 참여에 관한 법률 제27조(선정기일의 참여자)

① 법원은 검사ㆍ피고인 또는 변호인에게 선정기일을 통지하여야 한다.

② 검사와 변호인은 선정기일에 출석하여야 하며, 피고인은 법원의 허가를 받아 출석할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 prosecutor프^r라시큐터 and앤드 defense디^f펜스 counsel카운슬 shall섈 attend어텐드 the^ð더 selection설렉션 date,데잇 and앤드 the^ð더 defendant디^f펜던트 may메이 attend어텐드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 court.코트

③ 법원은 변호인이 선정기일에 출석하지 아니한 경우 국선변호인을 선정하여야 한다.
