국민연금법 시행규칙 제12조(합의 절차 등)

① 법 제19조제2항에 따라 2명 중 1명의 가입기간에 추가산입하려는 부와 모는 가입기간 산입에 대한 합의서를 노령연금의 지급을 청구한 날부터 1개월 이내에 공단에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 기간 내에 합의서를 제출하지 아니한 경우에는 합의하지 아니한 것으로 본다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 정당한 사유로 합의서를 제1항의 기간에 제출할 수 없었음을 증명하면 그 사유가 소멸한 날부터 1개월 이내에 제출할 수 있다.
