국립대학법인 서울대학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제11조(이사회의 소집)

① 이사장은 필요하다고 인정하면 이사회를 소집할 수 있다.

② 이사장은 총장 또는 재적이사 3분의 1 이상이 이사회의 소집을 요구하거나, 감사가 제13조제5항에 따라 이사회의 소집을 요구하는 때에는 소집 요구일부터 20일 이내에 이사회를 소집하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 within위^ð딘 20 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 when웬 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 or오 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors더^r렉터즈 request^r리퀘스트 convening컨^v비닝 the^ð더 board,보드 or오 when웬 an앤 auditor오디터 requests^r리퀘스츠 convening컨^v비닝 the^ð더 board보드 under언더 Article아터클 13 (5).

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 이사회의 소집에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
