국내입양에 관한 특별법 제31조(사후서비스 제공)

① 보건복지부장관은 입양이 성립된 후 1년 동안 양부모와 양자의 상호적응을 위하여 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정기적인 상담과 필요한 복지서비스를 지원하고 아동 적응보고서를 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 양부모와 양자의 요구가 있는 경우 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 입양가정이 입양아동을 건전하게 양육할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 지원을 하여야 한다.
