국고금 관리법 제41조(회계 관계 공무원의 임명 특례)

① 중앙관서의 장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다른 중앙관서 소속의 공무원에게 수입징수관 또는 재무관의 사무를 위임하거나 다른 중앙관서 소속의 공무원을 지출관 또는 출납공무원으로 임명할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 수입징수관 또는 재무관의 사무의 위임이나 지출관 또는 출납공무원의 임명은 중앙관서의 장이 다른 중앙관서에 설치된 직위를 지정하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다.
