국가통합교통체계효율화법 제82조(지능형교통체계의 표준화)

① 국토교통부장관은 지능형교통체계의 호환성 및 연동성을 확보하고 이용자의 편의를 도모하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 지능형교통체계에 관한 표준(이하 "지능형교통체계표준"이라 한다)을 제정ㆍ고시할 수 있다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 표준에 대하여는 해당 법률에서 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 교통체계지능화사업시행자는 국토교통부장관이 제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 지능형교통체계표준을 제정ㆍ고시하면 그에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 국토교통부장관은 지능형교통체계표준의 보급을 촉진하기 위하여 교통체계지능화사업시행자 외의 자에게 지능형교통체계표준을 사용하게 하거나, 이와 관련된 장비를 제조하도록 요청하거나 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 지능형교통체계의 표준화에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전담기관을 지정ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 교통체계지능화사업시행자는 교통체계지능화사업을 시행할 때 국토교통부장관이 관계 기관의 장과 협의하여 고시하는 바에 따라 지능형교통체계표준을 준수하고 있는지를 확인하여야 하며, 필요한 경우 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부장관에게 확인을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 교통체계지능화사업시행자는 제5항에 따른 확인 결과 지능형교통체계표준을 준수하고 있지 아니하는 경우에는 보완 등 필요한 조치를 마련하여야 한다.
