국가통합교통체계효율화법 제78조(교통체계지능화사업시행지침)

① 국토교통부장관은 교통체계지능화사업의 효율적이고 체계적인 시행을 위하여 관계 기관의 장과 협의하여 지능형교통체계의 구조ㆍ기능ㆍ설계ㆍ구축ㆍ운영 및 유지보수 등 교통체계지능화사업의 시행에 관한 지침(이하 "교통체계지능화사업시행지침"이라 한다)을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 교통체계지능화사업을 시행하는 자(이하 "교통체계지능화사업시행자"라 한다)는 교통체계지능화사업을 시행할 때 특별한 사유가 없으면 교통체계지능화사업시행지침에 따라야 한다.

③ 교통체계지능화사업시행지침의 제정ㆍ개정 및 내용 등과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
