국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제92조(연구개발비의 지급)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 협약에서 정한 바에 따라 주관연구기관의 장에게 연구개발비를 지급하고 이를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 주관연구기관의 장은 제90조제4항에 따라 연구ㆍ개발과제의 일부를 위탁한 경우에는 위탁협약에서 정한 바에 따라 위탁을 받은 기관 또는 단체 등에 연구개발비를 지급하여야 한다.

③ 제90조제6항에 따라 다년도 협약을 체결한 과제의 연구개발비는 협약 시 정한 연도별로 제1항 및 제2항에 준하여 지급한다.

④ 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 연구ㆍ개발과제의 규모, 연구의 착수시기 및 정부의 재정사항 등을 고려하여 연구개발비를 일시에 지급하거나 분할하여 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
