국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제93조(연구개발비의 관리 등)

① 주관연구기관의 장은 연구개발비를 지급받았을 때에는 따로 계정(計定)을 설정하여 관리하여야 한다.

② 주관연구기관의 장은 연구개발비를 연구인력의 인건비ㆍ연구직접경비 및 연구관리비 등 연구ㆍ개발사업의 수행에 필요한 용도로만 사용하여야 한다.

③ 주관연구기관의 장은 연구개발비의 매년도 사용 실적을 연차별 협약기간 종료 후 90일 이내에 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 제출하여야 하며, 분야별 전담기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 다음 연도 3월 31일까지 국토교통부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 주관연구기관의 장은 연구ㆍ개발사업의 연구개발결과를 이용하려는 자가 이용신청을 하는 경우 이를 검토한 후 이용하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 이용자가 그 이용으로 원가절감, 품질향상 등의 효과를 얻은 경우에는 그 이용자로부터 제90조제1항에 따른 협약의 내용에 따라 기술료를 징수할 수 있다.

⑤ 주관연구기관의 장은 제4항 후단에 따라 기술료를 징수하였을 때에는 그 징수한 날부터 30일 이내에 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우 징수된 기술료는 연구개발비의 조성 등의 목적에 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 주관연구기관의 장은 제5항 후단에 따라 기술료를 사용하였을 때에는 그 사용 실적을 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 보고하여야 하고, 분야별 전담기관의 장은 다음 연도 3월 31일까지 국토교통부장관에게 이를 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
