국가정보원직원법 제28조(징계 절차의 정지)

징계에 회부하여야 할 사건이 형사사건으로 수사 중인 경우에는 그 사건에 대하여 제23조제3항에 따른 수사 시작의 통보를 받은 날부터 징계의결 요구나 그 밖의 징계 절차를 진행하지 아니할 수 있다.
