국가유산영향진단법 제16조(이행사항 점검 및 조치)

① 국가유산청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제13조에 따른 검토결과에 대한 이행사항을 점검하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

② 국가유산청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 이행사항을 점검한 결과 제13조제1항에 따른 통보사항을 위반한 사항이 있는 경우 건설공사 시행자에게 원상회복 등 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

③ 국가유산청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 조치 명령을 받은 자가 원상회복 등을 하지 아니하면 「행정대집행법」에 따라 대집행을 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

④ 제1항에 따른 점검 대상ㆍ시기ㆍ방법 및 제2항에 따른 조치 명령에 필요한 사항은 문화체육관광부령으로 정한다.
