국가유산영향진단법 제14조(검토결과에 따른 건설공사 시행자의 의무 등)

① 건설공사의 시행자는 제13조제1항에 따라 검토결과를 통보받은 경우 역사문화환경등의 보호에 필요한 보존조치 등을 완료하기 전에는 해당 지역에서 공사를 시행하여서는 아니 된다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제13조제1항에 따라 검토결과를 통보받은 경우 건설공사의 시행자가 그 조치를 완료하기 전에 해당 공사를 시행한 때에는 공사의 중지를 명하여야 한다.
