국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제40조(국가유산감리원에 대한 시정조치)

① 발주자는 국가유산감리원이 업무를 성실하게 수행하지 아니하여 국가유산수리가 부실하게 될 우려가 있는 경우에는 그 국가유산감리원에게 시정지시를 하거나 국가유산감리업자에게 국가유산감리원을 변경하도록 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>

② 제1항에 따라 발주자로부터 시정지시를 요구받은 국가유산감리원이나 국가유산감리원의 변경을 요구받은 국가유산감리업자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
