① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제7조제1항에 따른 이공계인력 조사(이하 이 조에서 "이공계인력 조사"라 한다)를 다음 각 호의 기관을 대상으로 3년마다 실시해야 한다. 다만, 필요한 경우에는 수시로 실시할 수 있다.
