국가과학기술 경쟁력 강화를 위한 이공계지원 특별법 시행령 제14조(이공계인력의 연구개발 활동 지원)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제15조제1항에 따라 이공계 석사학위 또는 박사학위를 취득한 후 6개월 이상 미취업상태에 있는 이공계인력을 대상으로 취업과 연계하는 연구개발사업을 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2025.6.20>

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 이공계인력의 취업을 촉진하기 위하여 특정연구기관ㆍ정부출연연구기관 및 지방연구원을 연수기관으로 지정하여 연수를 실시하게 할 수 있다.
