교통약자의 이동편의 증진법 제17조(교통이용편의서비스의 제공)

① 교통사업자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교통약자 등이 편리하고 안전하게 교통수단, 여객시설 또는 이동편의시설을 이용할 수 있도록 안내정보 등 교통이용에 관한 정보와 한국수어ㆍ통역 서비스, 탑승보조 서비스 등 교통이용과 관련된 편의(이하 "교통이용편의서비스"라 한다)를 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2019.4.23>

② 국가는 교통사업자가 교통이용편의서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있도록 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 교통이용 정보체제를 구축하는 등 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.23>
