광업법 제80조(소멸시효)

①손해배상청구권은 피해자가 손해와 배상의무자를 안 날부터 3년간 행사하지 아니하면 시효로 인하여 소멸한다. 손해가 발생한 날부터 10년이 지난 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2007.5.17>

②제1항의 기간은 진행 중인 손해에 대하여는 그 진행이 정지한 날부터 기산(起算)한다.
