광업법 시행령 제44조(조광권의 설정신청)

법 제52조제1항에 따라 조광권의 설정인가를 받으려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 조광권설정인가신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 제2호와 제3호의 서류는 제42조에 따른 특정광상의 경우에만 첨부한다. 이 경우 산업통상부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 신청인의 법인등기부 등본(법인인 경우만을 말한다)을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.12.31, 2010.5.4, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
