광산안전법 제9조(성능검사 등)

광업권자나 조광권자는 대통령령으로 정하는 광업시설의 설치공사 또는 변경공사가 완료된 때와 공사 완료 후 일정한 기간이 지날 때마다 산업통상부장관의 검사를 받아야 하고, 검사에 합격하지 아니하면 그 시설을 사용할 수 없다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
