관세법 시행령 제52조(관세환급금의 충당통지)

세관장은 법 제46조제2항의 규정에 의하여 관세환급금을 충당한 때에는 그 사실을 권리자에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 권리자의 신청에 의하여 충당한 경우에는 그 통지를 생략한다. <개정 2013.2.15>
